Tahitian Lady near an Embassy

Tahitian Lady near an Embassy

More the sort of thing Gauguin would paint. This time the woman is so disgusted at man’s behaviour to her. She stares with hatred out of canvas at all men. Originally inspired by Gauguin.

The Sea King Neptune

The Sea King Neptune

The ancient sea god coming from the deep. Crowned and holding his trident. Neptune twinkles in the sky.

Wife of Mars

A very beautiful blonde. A Pisces woman gazing at the fire of Zeus with roses in her hand, while Venus and Mars are close to each other in the heavens and the volcano nearly erupts

The Artist in front of his Easel (Self Portrait)

Not exactly an original pose but again rich in colour. The background was inspired in sienna brown with abstract cross-hatching in black but from an old Chinese emperor’s snuff box. The rest is self explanatory
